E-Rate Services include the following for both Category 1 and Category 2 USF funding:

1. Identification of eligible needs
2. Completion and submission of all required forms
3. Participation in pre-bid meetings
4. Assisting the review and selection of vendors
5. Responding to all requests for additional information and clarification from USAC; serving as the contact person for all USF forms.
6. Providing the client with copies of all documentation and correspondence as well as keep copies in the Convergent Technology Partners office.
7. Reviewing vendor invoices to ensure that documentation is complete, and filed in the manner requested by USAC.
8. Providing additional support to vendors and the client in filing for payment of invoices and reimbursement claims as needed.
